The Tamar Christmas Eve 2008

Well Christmas Eve at the Tamar in Crown Hill Plymouth was yet another night to remember. We had the Cornwall R.J.Rhythm Crew and the Plymouth R.J.Rhythm Crew all in one place for a massive show and party. The cornwall crew were myself, Annette, Freddie and Scott and the Plymouth Crew were Phil & Debbie Leeper and one of our drivers Andy

We arrived at 6pm and well when we got there the pub was packed it took me half an hour to move furniture and people out of the way so we could set up. The set up took us about an hour as there were 4 of us setting up so that was not too bad and I must admit everyone worked so well together and the show and sound was magnificent.

Well the show started at 8pm and Phill and Freddie warmed the crowd up for me nicely, I took over at 8.30 then the party really started and the pub it's self was packed all night long and everyone was dancing from 8 till 1am when we finished. The atmosphere was great and no trouble what so ever on a night that was so packed. As you can see the pictures tells it all and I must admit even though we are in a credit crunch this Christmas Eve was one of the best in the 6 years of Christmas Eves we have worked at the Tamar

We finished at 1am and the breakdown took us an hour as we were all so tired after this long event I eventually got home at 3am to be up again at 7am lol so you can guess what I did after lunch Christmas Day.

Looking forward to our 6th year at tamar on New Years Eve now so keep looking back on our web site, also look at our video page as there is also footage on this wonderful night at the Tamar.

Pictures taken by Freddie.
